September 26-28 - Taos Ski Valley I have recently relocated to sunny Taos, New Mexico and very proud
to be able to offer a weekend of jewelry workshops in my new hometown.
Hosted by the Taos
Ski Valley Chamber of Commerce, I will be leading three beaded
chain workshops at the base area of the ski resort at 9300 feet elevation. |

I am honored to be invited back to teach at the 5th annual Art & Soul venue in Portland, offering four classes that are all sold out exept the Triangle Pendant, as seen at left. Also note that the Art
& Soul venue in Hampton, VI opens registration Sept 20th. |

The 1st annual Bellevue Bead Festival is produced by the good people at The Bead Factory in Olympia, WA. I will be leading four three-hour workshops, offering some new designs such as the Fish pendant, as seen at left. |

I have been working with the Swanstroms Tool Company to develop a new 'mandrel-tip pliers' in two distinct sizes for setting beads into chain designs in the 2nd book. When they are avalible for purchase, I will have them for sale on my website and offer a free tutorial. |
I have also delivery my 2nd book to
the Watson-Guptill Publishing house and it should be in print May 2009.
For the next newsletter, I am planning to post a quick tour of the beaded
jewelry projects in this sequel and offer advance copies for sale. |
